This client was drawn to his condo for the location, views, and ease of maintenance, but wanted it to feel warmer, more personal, and truly like home. Our full-service design approach allowed us to rethink the space holistically—updating flooring, cabinetry, kitchens and bathrooms, lighting, and stair details while refining the layout for better flow and functionality. From concept and space planning through construction coordination and final finishes, we oversee every detail to deliver spaces that feel cohesive, elevated, and easy to live in.
