There is no fee for this initial 1 hour consulation. Our collaboration begins with an in-depth design consultation. Prior to our meeting, you will receive a detailed questionnaire covering essential aspects such as budget, style preferences, communication preferences, and project timelines. During the consultation, we will discuss the full scope of your project, including initial suggestions for space planning, color schemes, and furniture and material choices. Following our meeting, I will provide you with a comprehensive contract summarizing our discussions, including deadlines and cost estimates, ensuring clarity and transparency throughout the process.
Phase 2
Design Development:
In this phase, I will develop design boards, present paint selections, curate materials, and create floor plans based on our discussions and your preferences. We will work together to refine these elements until we achieve a design that aligns with your vision. Once approved, I will coordinate with contractors and vendors, ensuring a smooth implementation of the design within the specified timeline.
Phase 3
Project Management:
As your project progresses, I will take charge of project management, overseeing every aspect with meticulous attention to detail. Despite the remote location of Mammoth Lakes, I will handle all logistical coordination. This includes coordinating deliveries with trusted shipping companies, inspecting the quality of furniture and accessories, and supervising installations to ensure everything is executed flawlessly.
